The neighborhood has wonderful amenities including a community center, lakefront game preserve, playground, private boat dock and a canoe and kayak launching dock on the river. Many of the homes in Mote Ranch are on the river and Ward Lake and have their own docks. Nearby is the private Palm Aire Country Club with golf, tennis as well as social memberships. 

The homes in Mote Ranch are priced from the upper $200,000’s up to the middle $500,000’s. They range in size from 1600 square feet to 3200 square feet and are set on attractive, large lots, sometimes measuring as much as 35,000 square feet.
