Southfield is a 123 home subdivision located off Proctor Road in Sarasota, Florida. Built in the 1990’s, the majority of the homes are designed in the ‘Key West” style, the architectural mix that reflects the eclectic styles of Florida’s most famous island. Most are custom built homes ranging in size from 1700 to 2800 square feet. Most have at least three bedrooms and two baths.
